Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a highly organized Account Manager for a fully remote role serving international clients. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully and relationships are nurtured.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in digital or marketing agency settings, strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing, and proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in account management within a digital or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies.
• Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans.
• Monitor performance and present reports and recommendations.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
