Implementation Engineers is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Senior Analyst to help clients optimize shop-floor operations using data-driven insights. You will design dashboards, work on Industry 4.0 projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a boutique consulting environment.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, proficiency with Power BI or Tableau, and experience with low-code tools like TULIP or Ignition.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in regulated industries.
• Proficiency with MES platforms, Power BI, Tableau and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design digital manufacturing solutions.
• Develop interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications to improve operational performance.
• Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to identify and implement improvements for operators.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients to ensure adoption and value realization.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously refine solutions.
