Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, STEM or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Industrial IoT, distributed or event-driven systems.
• 5+ years with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 2–3+ years supervising/directing or managing direct reports.
• 1+ year managing distributed/remote and international team.
• Experience with containerization and automated cloud deployment tooling.
• Experience integrating open-source technologies in a commercial environment.
• Proven delivery of production-quality software in iterative environments.

Responsibilities

• Set policy and drive adherence to standards for cloud/edge software development.
• Lead security and privacy integration within development processes.
• Oversee resources for all stages of software projects, including planning and execution.
