Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Digital Experience, Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong digital strategy and product-thinking skills with cross-functional leadership experience.
- Experience defining roadmaps, requirements, and launch/post-launch optimization in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the digital patient experience roadmap and adoption initiatives.
- Translate journey requirements into digital channels, workflows, and launch criteria.
- Lead cross-functional programs with Product, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, Health AI vendors.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive improvements to reduce friction and increase trust.
