Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Digital Patient Experience Architect to own the enterprise digital engagement platform, roadmap, and adoption across the patient journey. Help reduce friction and boost adoption while aligning governance, communications, and product priorities to deliver better outcomes.

You will partner with Product, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and AI vendors to drive measurable improvements in patient confidence, readiness, and engagement, including AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Strong digital strategy and product-thinking skills to translate patient needs into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Experience translating digital patient experience needs into requirements, stories, and release priorities.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and medication management workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the digital patient experience roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve adoption and reduce friction across the care journey.
• Translate journey enablement playbooks and communications requirements into digital channel needs and launch criteria.
• Own digital touchpoint performance metrics including adoption, engagement, and completion rates.
• Lead the transformation of the digital front door experience from initial outreach to activation and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Analytics and AI vendors to ensure coordinated, measurable improvements.
