You will lead discovery, assess maturity, advise on platform choices, and drive growth while balancing billable work with business development to expand your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy consulting at a top-tier firm.
• Experience leading client engagements end-to-end.
• Ability to advise on digital platforms and AI adoption.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Revenue-minded with scoping, pricing, and growth focus.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach to leadership and collaboration.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and strategic planning across DX and AI workstreams.
• Assess client maturity and develop prioritized roadmaps with ROI.
• Translate challenges into clearly scoped opportunities with ROI and delivery plans.
• Advise on platform selection, vendor evaluation, and build-vs-buy decisions across CMS, DXP, commerce, personalization, and AI tooling.
• Guide clients through AI use case identification, governance considerations, and change management.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with active clients beyond formal projects.
