You will collaborate with design leadership and UX teams to deliver user-focused design solutions and maintain brand integrity across channels. The ideal candidate brings strong visual design skills, branding knowledge, and a solid understanding of usability and customer experience principles in an omni-channel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Designer or related role.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and component libraries preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital marketing and merchandising assets for websites and campaigns.
• Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive user-centered experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, templates, and component libraries.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all digital channels.
• Create high-quality digital assets that improve customer engagement.
• Apply usability, accessibility, and design best practices to deliverables.
• Partner with business leaders and developers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality design execution.
• Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations.
