WebIndia Inc. is seeking a versatile Senior Creative Designer to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will own the creative output across social media, digital advertising, and branding, delivering polished graphics and videos with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic design and video editing, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and experienced with AI design tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with exposure to video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools for generating graphics and video content.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, landing pages, and digital ads.
• Create Meta Ads creatives including static banners, carousel ads, stories, and scroll-stopping visuals.
• Edit and produce video content: short-form reels, promos, motion graphics, and social formats.
• Develop and maintain brand-consistent visuals across platforms and formats.
• Conceptualise and execute design and video projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite as the primary toolkit.
• Use video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and output quality.
• Guide creative direction and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
