Job summary

Halo Media is seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer to support the delivery and ongoing management of digital experiences for a global organization in the travel, hospitality, entertainment, and consumer experiences industry.

You’ll manage content production across digital platforms, collaborating with Product, Design, and Technology teams to ensure high quality, timely execution and ongoing updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in online industry.
• Experience updating copy and images via CMS.
• Experience with ecommerce or large marketing sites.
• Experience with Agile, Kanban, and CI processes.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Champion the digital Guest experience across touchpoints.
• Execute content production requests aligned with Product and Technology priorities.
• Maintain production documentation and backlog to keep workflows organized.
• Oversee content delivery across the development lifecycle with design/tech partners.
• Identify challenges proactively and drive process improvements with leadership updates.
