United States of Care is seeking a Digital Communications Manager to own the organization's digital presence across website, social media, and email channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications, you will shape digital strategy to amplify policy work and advocacy efforts while turning complex topics into clear, engaging content.

You will manage the primary site in WordPress, coordinate with designers and external agencies, and lead paid digital campaigns, analytics, and SEO

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in digital communications for nonprofit/advocacy groups.
• Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and SEO best practices; knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Ceros, Google Ad Grants, or paid digital campaigns is a plus.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating platform-specific content.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate policy topics for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Own USofCare’s digital presence across website, social, and email.
• Draft newsletters, publish landing pages, and pull analytics reports.
• Coordinate with designers, external agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop platform-specific content for LinkedIn, X, and Bluesky.
• Assist with light HTML/CSS updates and website rebuild project management.
