Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years operations banking experience.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree or related experience.
• Experience with banking systems, Jack Henry preferred, digital banking, and financial services technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of information security, privacy, risk management, and regulatory considerations within financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the credit union's digital banking systems, including updates and enhancements.
• Lead cross-department projects for digital banking initiatives and deployments.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, assess performance, and manage feature requests.
