Job summary

Future Publishing is seeking an Email Ad Ops professional for a remote U.S.-based role. You will support asset delivery, test creative, and optimize ad copy for performance while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with ad servers are preferred. Responsibilities include ensuring timely start and full delivery of campaigns, troubleshooting delivery and tracking issues, and keeping Account Managers informed with campaign data and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with email advertising operations and client communications.
• Familiarity with ad specs, tracking, or reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues at scale.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Email Ad Ops Manager and support assets and specs.
• Iterate ad copy for performance improvements.
• Upload, test and schedule ads using ad servers for timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients and agencies to address issues and assets.
• Provide campaign data updates to Account Managers and clients.
