Job summary

Childcare Marketing Group is seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, lead communications, and coordinate digital marketing execution for childcare and early education clients. You will manage ongoing relationships, provide proactive outreach, and help clients see the value of our work.

You will also support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including budget setting, deadline management, performance tracking, renewals, and upsells to grow

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client success, or a client-facing digital marketing role.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and landing pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships or projects at once.
• Comfort reading campaign metrics and reporting on results.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
• A reliable remote work setup and availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across your client portfolio and own client success.
• Lead client communications and coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns.
• Review campaign performance and translate results into client insights.
• Renewals and upsells: drive expansions and client growth.
• Coordinate next steps with internal specialists to keep campaigns on track.
• Proactively reach out to clients with updates and guidance.
• Identify ways to improve results and enrollment for clients.
