Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy for weight management and cardiometabolic health.
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Deliver one-on-one and group nutrition education using motivational interviewing.
• Support patients in weight management programs, including GLP-1 medications.
• Collaborate with care team and document care in the EHR.
