Mochi Medical is expanding its virtual care model and seeking Registered Dietitians to provide evidence-based nutrition support across obesity medicine and related specialties. This role emphasizes metabolic health, behavior change, and digital healthcare delivery.

You will conduct virtual consultations, tailor plans for dermatology, hormone health, mental wellness, longevity, and more, while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals in a capitated, 1099-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 1 year of experience.
• At least 1 state license is required.
• Experience in obesity medicine, binge eating disorder, and nutrition-based approaches to chronic conditions.
• Proficient in online scheduling tools, EMR systems, and video-visit coordination.
• Skilled in motivational interviewing and patient education.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations on nutrition and obesity medicine.
• Provide nutrition counseling across specialty areas (dermatology, hormone health, mental wellness, longevity, hair loss).
• Build rapport and engagement with members through clear communication.
• Guide members toward sustainable lifestyle changes using motivational interviewing.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle choices tailored to metabolic health and longevity goals.
• Stay updated with research on obesity medicine and related nutritional dimensions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
• Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to team improvements.
• Create educational content (blogs, social media, program development) as needed.
