The position supports a remote MNT component, with a consistent Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule, and includes a sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold RD credentials and licensure as required by the state.

Qualifikationen

• Assess and monitor nutritional status of patients and adjust care using current literature.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and others to coordinate nutrition into the patient care plan.
• Complete required documentation: care plans, assessments, consultations, nutrient intake analyses, and education.

• Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and counseling for patients.
• Develop, monitor, and implement MNT in assigned areas.
• Create and evaluate patient education materials; mentor dietetic interns as applicable.
• Teach and share nutrition research findings with medical teams and patients.
