Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its national network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous telehealth visits for midlife and menopause-related nutrition care. This 1099 independent contractor role requires Indiana licensure and a minimum commitment of 10 patient-facing hours per week, with opportunity to work flexibly across states.

Dietitians will provide structured, multi-week programs, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the Pomelo team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with Indiana license.
• Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week commitment.
• 3+ years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience across metabolic syndrome, weight management, bone health, GI, and plant-forward diets.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife, perimenopause, and menopause-transition patients.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to support lifestyle change.
• Engage in a multi-week program format to improve symptoms and support sustained behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
