Job summary

Equip is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian in Oregon for a fully remote, full-time position to support nutrition care via telehealth. You will work with a family-centered care team to deliver evidence-based nutrition support for children with eating disorders.

The role emphasizes individualized meal planning, progress assessment, and collaboration across disciplines, with a focus on delivering compassionate, effective care from home.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Oregon and hold an active Oregon RDN license.
• Bachelor's degree or ACEND-approved program in Nutrition.
• Experience with eating disorders and family-based approaches preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Organized, results-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families in transforming eating patterns through ongoing support.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition treatment plans via telehealth.
• Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and monitor progress weekly.
• Communicate meal plans clearly to the care team and families.
• Discharge planning, progress documentation and team coordination.
• Reassess nutritional needs and adjust plans with the treatment team.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education to address beliefs about food.
• Build rapport with families and maintain therapeutic relationships.
• Perform all duties with compliance to policies and procedures.
