Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America Inc. (YCENA) seeks a Customer Support Specialist to provide service and aftermarket support to dealer networks.

You will diagnose and repair machines remotely, train dealer personnel, and collaborate with parts, warranty, and sales teams to ensure YCENA products are serviced effectively. The role requires 3–5 years of equipment experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical diploma or associate's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years or more related experience in heavy equipment construction environments or equivalent.
• Experience identifying and resolving operating problems; troubleshooting and problem solving.
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1–3 years MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide service and aftermarket support to dealer network.
• Diagnose and repair machines remotely.
• Provide training to dealer personnel.
• Collaborate with dealers to ensure proper tooling and capability for YCENA products.
• Liaise between YCENA and dealers to resolve customer issues rapidly and effectively.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Work closely with Parts, Warranty, and Sales teams.
• Dealer guidance and training.
