Job summary

FRSecure is seeking a DFIR Analyst to support clients during cyber incidents, conducting high-quality investigations across varying security maturity levels. You will identify containment steps, advise on remediation, and help clients return to normal operations.

The role blends proactive work like tabletop exercises with hands-on triage and case work, requiring clear communication with diverse audiences and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of information security experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with AD, systems/admin, Exchange, M365 or cloud environments.
• 3–5 years of experience presenting information security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Performing forensic review of client systems for artifacts and IOCs.
• Conducting triage, threat-hunting, and incident response case management.
• Documenting evidence, findings, and reports.
• Meeting with clients during planning, information sharing, and technical support stages.
• Delivering proactive projects including tabletop exercises and plan coaching.
• Conducting regular client calls to discuss IR programs.
• Continuing education on cyber forensics and attack methodologies.
