Job summary

DEFCON is seeking a DevSecOps Project Lead to establish a production deployment pipeline for critical DoW software. This senior role involves overseeing end-to-end software delivery in secure environments, ensuring reliable and mission-timely deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end production pipeline.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the DevSecOps pipeline.
• Build a production environment that supports zero-downtime deployments.
• Lead transition from incumbent contractor and government environments.

Skills

DevOps/DevSecOps engineering experience

Hands-on experience managing ATO pathways

Knowledge of DoW cloud environments

Active Secret Clearance

Leadership in deployment strategy

Education
