Job summary

Thompson Software Solutions is seeking a Principal DevSecOps Engineer to support secure, end-to-end software delivery for military aircraft platforms. The role focuses on building resilient pipelines for safety-critical systems and alignment with DoD standards.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, security, and IT, work onsite in Denver, and maintain active Secret clearance throughout program participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• 8+ years of DevSecOps experience.
• Secure DevSecOps pipelines for safety-critical, air-gapped environments.
• Containerization & Kubernetes (on-prem, disconnected operations).
• Build environment Tools (make & CMake).
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and IT teams.
• Ability to work onsite 100%.
