Job summary

Thompson Software Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support end-to-end software for military aircraft platforms. This role focuses on secure, resilient, and scalable delivery pipelines to advance national defense initiatives.

The successful candidate will work within a high-performing, multi-site team, require an active Secret clearance, and must be able to work on-site in Denver, CO. Competitive compensation with bonus eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of DevSecOps experience.
• Secure DevSecOps pipelines for safety-critical, air-gapped environments.
• Containerization & Kubernetes (on-prem, disconnected operations).
• Build environment Tools (make & CMake).
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and IT teams.
• Ability to work onsite 100%.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of end-to-end software for military aircraft platforms.
• Enable secure, resilient, and scalable software delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with multi-site teams and program deployment teams.
• Conduct government security investigations and maintain eligibility for access to classified information.
