Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Secret-cleared DevSecOps Engineer within the Decision Advantage Division to support DoD JADC2 initiatives. The role emphasizes secure automation across large-scale weapon and IT systems in collaboration with program managers and government partners.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on CI/CD experience, strong scripting skills, and deep knowledge of security hardening, with active clearance and strong communication abilities to operate across Government and industry teams.

Qualifications

8–12 years of engineering experience in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
Active Secret clearance required.
Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Gitea/GitLab) and automation (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform).
Experience programming automation (Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
Experience remediating cyber findings on Linux/Windows and Active Directory.
Familiarity with network admin and STIG implementation.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and enforce security solutions aligned with policy.
Provide oversight of changes to hardware/software/network configurations and secure infrastructure.
Automate cybersecurity items and resolve system bugs as needed.
Implement highly technical solutions using advanced technologies.
