Casa is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to protect our users, their data, and our company. You will work with security leadership to shape a scalable security program, implementing efficient processes and training for all employees.

You will write infrastructure-as-code with Terraform/Ansible, evaluate new technologies for security fit, and participate in a global on-call rotation to rapidly respond to incidents. Remote-first role with world-wide opportunities and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years security experience in Linux/AWS environments.
• Ability to implement scalable security controls.
• Experience with open-source tools and multi-OS environments.
• Knowledge of security governance and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal security requests and ensure appropriate access control.
• Onboard/offboard employees across internal systems.
• Oversee MDM system and monitor alerts.
• Review new technologies from a security perspective.
• Write infrastructure-as-code with Terraform/Ansible.
• Participate in on-call rotation for security incidents.
• Keep security documentation and training materials updated.
• Stay current on security trends and threats.
