Job summary

Talantir is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale reliable infrastructure for our Web3 marketing platform. This remote, full-time role focuses on automation tooling, campaign workflows, and backend services with high uptime requirements.

You will own cloud deployments (AWS), container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines, while ensuring security and observability across all environments. Experience with Web3 stacks is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years DevOps or SRE experience with production systems.
• Strong AWS infrastructure design and operation experience.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Advanced Linux, networking, monitoring, and incident response expertise.
• Experience supporting Web3 infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale backend infrastructure for automation tools and analytics.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for bots and APIs.
• Manage cloud environments and container orchestration.
• Integrate Web3 data services feed into dashboards and campaign logic.
• Apply security best practices for infrastructure and secrets.
• Collaborate with Growth, Community, and Technical teams on deployments.
