About Company

We are a leading crypto and Web3 marketing agency that helps blockchain projects grow through tailored growth strategies, influencer marketing, community DAO support, and NFT launch campaigns. The team partners with clients across the Web3 ecosystem to build authentic engagement and measurable traction.

Why We’re Hiring

As we scale its services and automation tooling for clients, reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure is critical. We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and manage the systems that power our internal tooling, campaign automation workflows, analytics integrations, and backend services — ensuring high performance and uptime across all operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and scale backend infrastructure that supports campaign automation tools, tracking services, analytics dashboards, and Web3 marketing workflows for client projects
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for Web3 automation bots (Discord/Twitter/Telegram), API services, and internal growth tooling used in multiplatform campaigns
  • Manage cloud environments and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) to support high-throughput data services, campaign microservices, and system components used in token launch and DAO campaigns
  • Integrate and support Web3 data services (e.g., blockchain data indexers, on-chain event listeners, RPC endpoints) that feed into marketing dashboards or campaign logic Ensure reliability and uptime during high-traffic events such as NFT mint launches, IDO/ICO events, community DAO activations, and major influencer drives — with robust monitoring and alerting
  • Apply security best practices for infrastructure and secrets, especially where handling API keys, client tokens, webhook integrations, and Web3-related components Collaborate with Growth, Community, and Technical teams to deploy, scale, and monitor client campaign infrastructure aligned with growth goals and release timelines
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience owning DevOps or SRE responsibilities for production systems end-to-end
  • Strong experience designing and operating AWS infrastructure for automation platforms, analytics services, and client-facing tools
  • Deep hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, including scalable deployments and infrastructure ownership
  • Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) for frequent, reliable releases
  • Advanced Linux, networking, monitoring, and incident-response experience using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK
  • Hands-on experience supporting Web3 infrastructure, including RPC providers (e.g., Alchemy, Infura), on-chain data services, blockchain analytics, or smart contractintegrated systems
Nice to Have
  • Experience operating automation bots and webhook-based systems for platforms like Discord, Twitter/X, or Telegram
  • Background working in a startup or agency environment with high-traffic launches and tight timelines
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: USD salary, based on experience and location
  • Equity / Token Incentives: Available and negotiable
  • Benefits: Flexible work hours, remote-friendly setup, paid time off, professional growth support
