Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a federal program, focusing on Linux administration, CI/CD, and OCI/EBS integration. The role supports a remote work setup from a U.S.

location, with a current Secret clearance and DoD 8570 certification preferred. The candidate will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), implement security through STIG/SRG, and collaborate across teams to deliver Oracle-driven services, while ensuring RBAC and audit

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship; Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; associates may be considered.
• Current DoD 8570 security certification required.
• 7+ years applying DevOps/Linux in enterprise environments with Ansible and Jenkins.
• Experience with STIG/SRG for Linux hardening and IaC (Ansible/YAML).
• OCI/EBS experience, Oracle middleware plugins, and connectivity.
• CI/CD tooling: FlexDeploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with DNS/Networking and packet capture for security governance.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash; REST API integration.
• Ability to manage multi-to-tenancy CI/CD pipelines and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Build common services apps in OCI meeting project constraints and interfaces.
• Support CI/CD architectures across multi-tenant cloud environments with secure pipelines.
• Develop and script services using Jenkins, Ansible, and FlexDeploy.
• Deploy Oracle-driven code (EBS/SOA) within OCI and ensure middleware connectivity.
• Utilize DNS/network debugging and RBAC to ensure secure environment separation.
• Maintain heavy infrastructure/integration documentation for operations.
• Provide Linux administration and web/OS provisioning for domain join and monitoring.
