Job summary

Centric Consulting is hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines, and to manage cloud infrastructure with IaC tools like Terraform. You will optimize configuration management using Ansible and Bitbucket, while ensuring security and observability across the delivery lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, performance, and speed, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in a fast-paced, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and Ansible.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and releases.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Administer and optimize configuration management with Ansible and Bitbucket.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance; proactively resolve issues.
• Implement security, compliance, and vulnerability practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infra teams to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
