Job summary

Oddball seeks a DevOps Engineer for its CMS team to support a federal program impacting Medicare. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, provision infrastructure with Terraform, and manage AWS components like ECS, Fargate, RDS Aurora PostgreSQL, and Secrets Manager.

Experience with Argo Workflows and Kubernetes is valued, along with security-focused disciplines for federal work. Remote-first environment with strong collaboration in an Agile setting; federal program experience and ability

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
U.S. citizenship/background clearance may be required for federal programs.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated scanning, testing, and deployment workflows.
Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform with reusable modules and secure baselines.
Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure including ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS Aurora PostgreSQL, and Secrets Manager.
Work with Kubernetes and containerized environments including Argo Workflows.
Support adoption of AI engineering platforms (Bedrock, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Cursor).
Partner with Architecture and Development teams to implement reliable, scalable infrastructure patterns.
Build internal tooling to support development and operational workflows.
