Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions, a division of ITC Federal, is seeking a DevOps/API Developer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and secure APIs across on-prem and gov cloud environments (AWS and Azure). You will bridge development and IT operations, automate workflows, ensure high availability, and implement security controls such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE or DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II+ certified.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across on-prem and cloud.
• Design, build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Manage networking, API routing, and data synchronization between on-prem and cloud.
• Apply site-reliability practices for high availability across hybrid environments.
• Embed security scanning and auth protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML) into the SDLC.
• Automate workflows and API integrations.
• Communicate effectively between engineering and business objectives.
• Lead during outages and incidents.
