Zusammenfassung

A More Perfect Union is seeking a highly organized Development Associate to power our fundraising program. This role serves as the operational hub of the development team, ensuring donor information is accurate, fundraising projects stay on schedule, and grants are processed efficiently.

You will work with the Vice President of Development, Director of Operations, and colleagues across the organization in a fully remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in development, nonprofit operations, project management, grants administration, fundraising, or other relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management with attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to work across teams in a virtual environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and improve.
• Experience with Zoho, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack is a plus.
• Knowledge of American Jewish community is a plus.
• Commitment to experimentation and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Maintain Development operations and systems.
• Maintain fundraising data integrity across Zoho CRM, the Master Prospect List, revenue tracker, and related development tools.
• Create and maintain accurate donor, prospect, and grant records promptly.
• Monitor fundraising pipelines and surface stalled opportunities.
• Maintain the development calendar and ensure alignment with fundraising priorities.
• Coordinate grant proposals and funder reporting end-to-end.
• Support donor relationships through briefing materials and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Programs, Operations, and Communications to improve systems.
