Job summary

Gorilla Doctors is seeking a Development Operations & Annual Giving Manager to oversee donor databases, gift processing, and campaign logistics. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the role ensures data integrity and donor service while supporting a $3M annual operating budget through targeted fundraising efforts.

The position offers a flexible schedule with remote work options and requires 5–7 years in nonprofit development and strong Excel and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in nonprofit development, database management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage donations, pledges, donor touchpoints in Salesforce.
• Process gifts, acknowledgments, and tax receipts within standard windows.
• Generate reports for program oversight and audits.
• Manage pledge reminders and donor communications.
• Coordinate donor campaigns across mail, email, and social channels.
• Create online giving forms and map to Salesforce campaigns.
• Oversee matching gifts and recurring giving programs.
• Support annual donor survey and recognition lists.
• Provide donor customer service and resolve inquiries.
