This role emphasizes communication, collaboration, and hands-on project work across multiple fundraising channels. Interns will work ~20 hours/week Feb 1–Apr 23, 2027, with a 9:00am–5:00pm EST schedule, earning $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Marketing, business, and/or customer service skills.
• Experience with college fundraising a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, and Dropbox.

Responsibilities

• Assist with donor outreach, students, and partners for fundraising initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of events and donor campaigns.
• Enter data and support hygiene across donor records and campaigns.
• Help prepare fundraising campaigns and donor proposals.
• Create content for newsletters, donor letters, and fundraising pages.
• Collaborate with staff across teams on national fundraising initiatives.
