Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years in non-profit fundraising or related experience.
• Track record of volunteer stewardship and high-impact partnerships.
• Proficiency in applying sales and relationship building techniques in non-profit settings.
• Ability to relate and leverage the Arthritis Foundation’s mission into effective relationships and projects.
• Experience managing revenue-generation activities including special events fundraising and corporate/foundation support.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through 2-3 assigned special events and other fundraising initiatives.
• Recruit and manage volunteer committees and leaders to achieve fundraising goals.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate partners, event participants, healthcare providers, and key constituents.
• Develop a culture of philanthropy and lead high-performing market teams to achieve goals.
• Oversee event logistics and promotion.
