Job summary

Planet Women, fiscally sponsored by Mission Edge, is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the fundraising team by maintaining CRM records, assisting with events, and handling communications for reports, proposals, and social media.

This part-time, remote role (15-20 hours/week) is based in the U.S. East Coast with a preference for the DC area; compensation is $25–$30 per hour, with the possibility of extension if funding allows.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in nonprofit development, fundraising, or administrative role.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant life/work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and donor relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Donor Management: support donor strategies and record donations in CRM.
• Event & Campaign Coordination: plan and execute fundraising events, create materials.
• Communications: assist with fundraising proposals and social media posts.
• Administrative Support: track meetings, action items, and grants calendar.
