Job summary

Summer Search is seeking a part-time Development and Communications Coordinator to advance fundraising, storytelling, and events across five sites. This remote role supports donor stewardship, content collection, and multi-channel communications, working 18.75 hours weekly across a 50% schedule.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and Development and collaborate with the Donor Communications & Events Manager. This position offers flexible hours and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of non-profit development experience inclusive of donor communications or social media management.
• Organized, detail-oriented project manager with strong writing and communications skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support major gifts and donor engagement activities.
• Collaborate on content collection with program staff.
• Create on-brand communications and collateral using Canva.
• Lead website updates and digital asset management.
• Coordinate event workplans, invitations, and follow-ups.
