Job summary

The Obama Foundation is hiring a Development Analyst, West, to support the West Coast regional team with project management and administrative duties. You will draft briefing materials, coordinate donor meetings, enter data into Salesforce, and help streamline development processes.

Reporting to the Director of Development, West, you will help manage meetings, track next steps, and support donor tours and regional events.

Qualifications

• Exceptional project manager – effectively plans and executes short- and long-term projects.
• Proactively communicates and collaborates to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and submit error-free briefing materials for donor meetings.
• Lead scheduling and support on events for West Coast donors and ELT activities.
• Enter regional data into Salesforce and create basic reports.
• Draft meeting requests and thank-you notes to donors for ELT surrogates.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal processes for the West team.
• Manage team meetings, agendas, and minutes; support retreats and events.
• Track next steps on select projects and regional events.
