Job summary

Blocks.ai is seeking a Developer Marketing Manager to help developers discover, understand, try and adopt our platform, with an initial focus on builders creating AI applications and agents.

You’ll own developer marketing across awareness, acquisition, activation and advocacy, turning technical product capabilities into useful, credible stories and experiences that meet developers where they learn, build and share.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in developer marketing or related field.
• Able to translate APIs/SDKs into developer outcomes.
• Experience producing tutorials, demos or workshops.
• Proven track record increasing activation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute developer marketing programmes driving awareness, acquisition and activation for Blocks Network.
• Develop clear positioning and messaging for AI app developers and translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Build an authentic presence in developer communities and ecosystems.
• Listen to developers and turn feedback into actionable marketing insights.
• Partner with Developer Relations to create tutorials, demos, sample projects and launch content.
• Independently prototype lightweight demos or landing-page experiences when useful.
• Plan campaigns and content across documentation, GitHub, newsletters, social platforms and events.
• Improve the developer journey from discovery to first build using data and feedback.
• Define and report on meaningful developer-growth metrics: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention.
• Prioritize programmes using analytics and feedback to improve results.
