Content Creators is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead campaigns and developer experiences for the AI space. You will own global activations, including hackathons, and turn technical success into compelling content.

The role requires 10+ years of marketing experience with developers, the ability to work independently, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Location preference is onsite in major hubs with a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience in technical/developer audiences.
• Hands-on experience creating and running marketing campaigns and developer activations.
• Experience organizing global virtual hackathons or large developer programs.
• Strong understanding of how to engage technical communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns for developer and technical audiences.
• Plan and manage global virtual hackathons and other developer activations.
• Develop promotions to drive awareness, participation, and engagement.
• Turn hackathon winners and developer stories into marketing content.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to bring AI initiatives to market.
• Identify opportunities from audience insights and market trends.
• Manage multiple initiatives with shifting priorities.
• Stay current on AI developments and translate into developer experiences.
