Blocks.ai seeks a Developer Marketing Manager to help developers discover, learn and adopt our platform. You will own the marketer journey from awareness to activation, working with Product, Growth, Engineering and DevRel to craft credible technical stories and campaigns.

Remote-first role for UK-based candidates, with compensation and benefits designed for global developer engagement. You’ll create tutorials, demos and content, and measure impact on developer growth and activation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in developer marketing or developer relations.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss APIs, SDKs and demos.
• Experience creating tutorials, demos, docs or workshops.
• Ability to analyze data and improve developer journeys.
• Collaborates effectively with Product, Growth, Engineering and DevRel.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute developer marketing programmes across awareness, acquisition and activation.
• Develop clear positioning for AI apps and agents, translating capabilities into outcomes.
• Build an authentic presence in developer communities and ecosystems.
• Listen to developers, capture feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
• Partner with DevRel to create tutorials, demos and sample projects.
• Prototype lightweight demos and content assets when useful.
• Plan campaigns across docs, GitHub, newsletters and events.
• Improve the developer journey from discovery to first build.
