Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Dev Lead to own architecture, code quality, and delivery for an Agile squad building AI solutions enabling knowledge discovery and reuse. The role balances hands-on engineering with team leadership, unblocking, and collaboration with a Product Owner.

The Dev Lead will drive technical direction, security, and performance while promoting agentic engineering standards across services and interfaces, with a focus on GenAI integration and scalable SaaS delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with solution architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• 1+ years building GenAI applications, including RAG, agentic search, workflows, and integrations with commercial LLMs.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and design balancing functionality with security, scalability, resilience, usability, performance, cost, and reuse.
• Define squad technical priorities and advise Product Owner on product priorities.
• Stay current on GenAI and emerging technologies and share insights across teams.
• Lead agentic engineering practices from planning through implementation and iteration.
• Own pull request process with AI-assisted review before human review and enforce coding norms.
