Our client seeks a Dev Lead to own architecture, code quality, and delivery for an Agile squad building AI solutions that enable knowledge discovery and reuse. The role balances hands‑on engineering with team leadership, unblocking, and partnership with a Product Owner. The Dev Lead will drive technical direction, security, and performance while promoting agentic engineering practices and healthy engineering standards across services and interfaces.
We can facilitate w2 and corp‑to‑corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
