Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and design with emphasis on security, scalability, and performance.
• Set technical direction for backlog and refine stories with the Product Owner.
• Define squad priorities and advise on product priorities.
• Own service security and address risks early.
• Stay current on GenAI and emerging tech; share insights across teams.
• Lead engineering practices from planning through deployment and reviews.
• Manage pull request process with AI-assisted reviews; enforce coding standards.
• Maintain code quality and test coverage; prevent technical debt.
