Job summary
Wanderwell Collective is seeking a Virtual Destination Wedding Coordinator to design and execute luxury weddings at remote venues. You will collaborate with couples, venues, and travel partners to deliver seamless experiences across destinations.
In this remote role, you’ll manage vendor communications, guest accommodations, and logistics while staying current on wedding trends and destinations. The position offers bonus potential and the freedom to work from anywhere with international travel
Qualifications
- Experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality is ideal.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international wedding destinations and travel logistics.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with couples to design and coordinate their dream wedding.
- Secure wedding venues, decor, catering, and entertainment.
- Oversee event logistics, including scheduling and vendor communication.
- Manage guest accommodations, transportation, and group bookings.
- Ensure all legal requirements for destination weddings are met.
- Provide on-site or virtual support to clients leading up to their big day.
- Stay informed on wedding trends, venues, and industry best practices.
