Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a remote Designer to complete Level A and Level B drawings in a single design category. You will create approval drawings and production-ready files for new pools, using the Pool Kit Configurator built within AutoCAD.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Remote work, regular full-time employment, and a salary range are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary diploma or university degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in a design or related field; pool industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD software.
• Strong math, data-entry, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create working and presentation drawings for dealer/production purposes.
• Use AutoCAD-based Latham Panel Software.
• Ensure drawings meet customer needs and ANSI/APSP/ICC-5 and ISPSC standards.
• Upload designs to the Pool Kit Configurator.
• Coordinate with design queue and submit to Quality Review.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
