You will develop design concepts, establish graphic standards, and contribute to environmental graphics, signage, and client presentations while collaborating with designers, planners, and engineers.

This hybrid role allows remote work, occasional travel, and may transition to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design, Planning or related discipline is required.
• Strong portfolio of past work and ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to work well in a team and solve problems analytically.
• Willingness to travel and support remote work needs; proficient in design software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design concepts, sketches or models.
• Assist with developing graphic standards including fonts, symbols, and color palette.
• Assist in conceptualization and ideation of environmental graphic design elements.
• Assist with wayfinding, signage and environmental graphics.
• Assist with signage programming plans and message schedules.
• Assist with on-site surveys and analysis; business travel may be required.
• Collaborate with Project Designers, clients, engineers and production specialists.
• Support construction administration tasks.
• Help develop client presentations and fabrication/construction details.
• Assist with reports and design guidelines; conduct cost/materials research.
