Job summary

Bishop-McCann LLC is seeking an Associate Designer for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on design across presentations, print, digital, and experiential touchpoints, under the Creative Director.

You will contribute to developing visual identities, sharpening layouts, and supporting production-ready files while collaborating with a broad creative team. Travel may be required for client programs and events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and visual thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Basic understanding of preparing files for print and digital production.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt design across presentations, print, digital, environmental, and experiential touchpoints within established creative direction.
• Extend visual identities across presentations, communications, signage, wayfinding, screens, digital assets, and other event touchpoints.
• Build polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate information and ideas clearly and visually.
• Create and adapt graphics for screens, stages, environmental, and large-format applications in partnership with the broader creative team.
• Participate in brainstorms, discovery, and concept development with more experienced creatives.
• Build mood boards, conduct visual research, explore references, and develop design thinking for ideas.
• Understand the strategy and creative brief to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and other teams to maintain consistent direction.
• Work with motion, video, and production teams to bring designs to life across experiences.
• Prepare production-ready files with guidance from seniors.
• Incorporate feedback, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines.
