Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in product design, experience design, or related discipline.
• 3+ years managing and developing designers.
• Portfolio demonstrating leadership across complex multi‑channel products.
• Experience leading enterprise websites, platforms, or AI‑enabled experiences.
• Deep fluency in human‑centered design, interaction design, and design systems.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Set the product design vision and experience strategy for a portfolio of client engagements.
• Lead discovery, framing opportunities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes with cross‑functional partners.
• Guide design from concept through delivery, ensuring accessibility and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
• Manage design systems, libraries, and documentation with engineering teams.
• Develop and coach designers, supporting growth and capability development.
