Job summary

NewWorld is seeking a Design Intern to create visual content for shows, campaigns, and media brands. You will design social content, assets, and early explorations that bring stories to life across digital platforms, collaborating with designers, strategists, producers, and show teams to translate concepts into clear visuals for real audiences.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving media studio where strategy, research, and design converge to shape culture.

Qualifications

Creative ability with a strong portfolio.
Portfolio shows fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual composition.
Experience designing for digital platforms or social media.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
Working knowledge of Figma or other digital design tools.
Interest in storytelling, media, and visual culture.
Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and craft.
Curiosity about how design influences culture, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Brand, Campaign and Social Design: create visuals for campaigns, shows, and social posts across platforms.
Brand & Visual Identity Development: help develop visual identities and design systems for shows and campaigns.
Creative Exploration & Concept Development: participate in early creative directions, moodboards, and rough concepts.
Craft, Communication & Creative Process: present work, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized design assets.
